A new proposed multi-phase development for the Northwest corner of Dundas and Sixth Line in Oakville designed by Kirkor for Daniels Corporation. Once complete, the development will feature 4 8-9 storey buildings and 4 townhome blocks. It will also feature an interim 1 storey Shoppers Drug Mart where phase 4 will be built. The development has a total of 693 units, and the building that replaces the Shoppers will have non-residential uses on the ground floor. The development application can be found here.

Kirkor being typical Kirkor and designing buildings using minecraft, but I actually really like the design of those townhomes, feels super Scandinavian. Just unfortunate they'll never see the sun (haha?)

Yeah, I also love the townhome designs, they look great. If only the buildings looked as nice...

One thing of note is that rental is being considered here (for at least part of the development):
