While I do like the treatment of the Dominion Public Building, the park we got over the rail corridor is much better than the office podium that's in these renderings. So like, you win some you lose some.

New restaurant coming at The Well - Noyaa, with a Mediterranean - Asian focus. Given that the deadline for submissions to the AGCO was October 22, 2025, I can only presume the notice had previously been posted on the upper floor hallway, as I had never seen it in all the times going by over the past months

Does anyone know why these Victorian Lamp posts on Wellington are never on? Is it the Well’s responsibility or the City’s?

They are in the public right of way, but all the capital for the Claude Cormier landscaping all came from RAD.

Sounds like the City’s responsibility to ‘keep the lights on’ here - surprised the Well isn’t pushing them to keep them lit
