Good question. Likely very little. As this is directly beside an Eglinton Line 5 station, and the MTSA legislation is now in place, any new submission will not be restricted to the previous LPAT order.

One little note here, just for clarity. While City Planning is generally treating applications within Council designated MTSAs as if those regulations were in effect; they are not actually in effect, legally speaking.

And based on my read, it looks like the owners did rack up about $53m in debt on this site, only to turn around and sell the site for $4.8m???
