The entire territory of which (from Fiddlers to Todd Street and beyond, could be so, so, so redeveloped into a proper mixed use Fortinos centred town center - different from the village, but with charm on steroids. Now, I'm not a big wage earner, but I could happily spend more time in that vicinity with more motivation. Housing, sunken parking, walkways, more stuff to explore, blah blah blah. To wit - we must have passed each other by without knowing.... yup.
