Absolutely agree, this would be..... fine on a neighborhood street in north Etobicoke or eastern Scarborough but is laughably micro scaled for where its going to be built. Would not be shocked if these owners get bought out within ten years of occupancy and something substantial built here due to land being just too valuable for this use.

It is what it is . Townhouses on a busy thoroughfare. Not a high pedestrian area but good infill IMHO. Not an architectural wonder but not bad.
