Over in the back, they've removed some of the original crystal's cross beam supports which opens up the future entrance.

Part of the new entrance ramp is in place. The round concrete is where the rotating entrance doors will go.

We're still aways to go for the new entrance to open but the major structural engineering reconfiguration is largely done.

The main canopy and the entrance canopy are fully built, pending cladding.

Hariri Pontarini did a good job of making this feel congruent with Libeskind's angles. It's as if it were always supposed to be this way.

But the difference in cladding and window framing from Libeskind's grey and black to Pontarini's brown tones will feel like it's pending yet another update, hopefully not too far in the future.

Plumbing is going in for the water feature.

Is it just the entrance renovation under construction now ? When do they plan to start on sunlit atrium space and other interior work?
