Expecting the Crane to start lifting wall-panels in the next few weeks.

South side is apparently - "RENTED for Site Office" - only.Do you know if Habitat bought the ugly plaza on the south side where the site office for this project is located? At the minimum they're building is a tenant, and there are no other tenants there right now. It would be nice to think that the south side could be phase 2!

Its too small for a conventional tower, at ~9,000ft2, but it could see ~4-6s either a conventional habitat midrise form, or even stacked townhomes would be an improvement.

Landowner is private - and has held it for a long-time.
