The Pemberton is using deep-finned curtain wall all the way up. What are you talking about?
 
Yeah but you could also have the case that Pemberton could be trying to turn a corner and shed their title of Toronto's cheapest developer they are probably trying to hand it to Concord though Concord sky is giving them some trouble in doing so

It’s honestly pretty garbage quality. Same with the Social project just a few blocks north of this one.
