Bought May 2020, hearing Sept 26 occupancy…but there have been a lot of similar situations. Has anybody driven by recently?

We visited the site today. There has been little to no visible progress since we last drove by a month ago. Not a single worker on the site during working hours.

That is so awful. So many red flag signs that the developer is in trouble here.

I hadn't even considered that, but that makes sense. If they can't finish a relatively straightforward set of townhouses, doesn't bode well for any mid-high rise projects they have

They have to be. I can't believe these have taken so long. Condos have been built in less time. I went to the sales center...my wife just got pregnant. My son is 5 now!! They're so close, get the damn thing finished!

We are in a rescission period for a 35 Birchcliff Ave townhouse. 4 mil in liens seems alarming, are these liens on common elements or individual units? Are they still active?
