This is a new build, so there is no rent cap, I suspect it will finish after 2018 lol

I’m eagerly awaiting the 2026 Census to compile a rank of the biggest increase in central area growth which will see places like Hamilton dominating with vastly larger US metros lagging. Sorry Dallas!
You keep posting this in various threads but the population is actually declining because the feds finally restricted students and TFWs.

The census will capture the overall trends over the last 5 years which may reveal more trends than just students. For example, unit completions.
