Here we go again....another "Minor" Variance that will bring nothing of substance to the development asides from cramming more units in that nobody asked for. Reducing the percentage of 2 and 3-bedrooms? Really now?

I'm surprised more people aren't aware (or talking about) the bigger holdups of this block. Nothing to do with ugly layouts or unwanted unit sizing. Not even the market going flat. After all, this is prime Downtown. Beyond all these endless minor and seemingly ill-considered adjustments, that Untitled sign hasn't budged either for a reason and the problem only got bigger right before Tory resigned. Not speculating...just available facts.
