The fences have been moved to incorporate the sidewalk to complete the forecourt.

Dog inspection walk.

It will be nice and clean and quiet when the diesel trains are converted to electric.

Fixing the deficiencies.

I’m not sure about putting an ice rink here with all this nice wood.

Um….

Phase 1 stairs. Great….. now this will be closed for months for repairs someday.

Great place to relax.

Phase 1 Stairs look like they have been there for 30 years, i would expect this on a condo building but not on a prestigious commercial project like this.

They will need less salt and more rubber mats if they have an ice rink up there. Maybe the waste heat could have melted the snow on the other flat surfaces and (stairs - wishful thinking). Water and Salt!!!

This photo makes the Dominion Building look like the podium for CIBC square and it could still be. Add a bridge and redevelop the building to open onto Front Street more prominently.
