I’m not sure but that would be idealDoes anyone know if there is a dedicated elevator to service the restaurant on the 106th floor?

No one bloor is basically an empty shell this is planning lower floor occupancy in the fall so they are miles ahead of OBWSo One Bloor will be ready before pinnacle one
The top ~15 floors are 3.25m less slab thickness so ~10’Do those floor heights translate into ceiling heights? If so it's pretty impressive that the "standard" height is 3.25 metres. And perhaps this has been covered earlier but is there a reason why some of the lower floors are 3.65m? Is that to accommodate additional mechanical elements on those floors.
Thanks! The top ~15 floors are 3.25m less slab thickness so ~10’
The bulk of the floors are 2.95m so ~9’
The 5 or so “mechanical” floors for horizontal pipe runs, ducts and equipment are 3.65m.
