Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 351.85m | 106s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

^And to add, the hotel here (Le Meridian) is somehow supposed to be opening in July.

I have no idea how they will be making that deadline, unless they speed this thing up like crazy.

Do those floor heights translate into ceiling heights? If so it's pretty impressive that the "standard" height is 3.25 metres. And perhaps this has been covered earlier but is there a reason why some of the lower floors are 3.65m? Is that to accommodate additional mechanical elements on those floors.
The top ~15 floors are 3.25m less slab thickness so ~10’
The bulk of the floors are 2.95m so ~9’
The 5 or so “mechanical” floors for horizontal pipe runs, ducts and equipment are 3.65m.

Thing is we don't know what has been going on on the interior of the building for all we know they could be on the finishing stages of lower floors as they would be able to start finishing everything in once the cladding is in place
