I really love the concepts for Yonge St. All the shops and businesses would need access for deliveries. Would private cars be allowed or just taxis/Ubers? The one thing Sydney doesn't have to worry about is snow removal. Hasn't there been chatter for years about Yonge being cleaned up? Many questions and options.

I've bashed Reserve Properties for some of the non-sense they cooked up in the past few years (ie: 19 Bloor W, which is still atrocious both inside and out as currently proposed).

But this project, at least speaking from the exterior vantage only, is really absolutely outstanding. Quality of materials, design, colour, integration into the historical retention. It's really good work.

Now if they put out this kind of work more frequently, and revised their interior layout/elevator ratios then i'd put them solidly in the category of prime-time quality developer.
