Another Minor Variance here with the following stat changes:
- Storeys increased from 18 to 19 (18 + indoor amenity in MPH)
- Height increased from 60.5 to 64.2m
- Total units increased from 229 to 243 (still w/ 40 ARH units)
- Bike parking increased from 231 to 250
