With this new style of bus terminal, I really hope they do a lot of work to ensure people cross where they are supposed to, because especially with this design, anyone coming from the south is going to want to access from the southwest corner rather than travel all the way around to the north.

Additionally I would love if the bus terminal had some kind of signal priority to move buses in and out quickly rather than getting stuck behind a bunch of people going to and from the mall.

They are introducing a dedicated bus driveway onto Wentworth which should help - albeit it's a right-in, right-out limited access driveway. Buses wanting to enter or exit northbound on Wentworth will need to use the traffic signals associated with the mall.

Hey finally! I worked on the MUP design there so I saw the early version of this design a long time ago. There's also a dedicated bus left-turn lane on upper wentworth into the mall entrance, sadly not enough room to have one leaving the mall entrance, but as mentioned only buses needing to go south on upper wentworth will need to use the mixed traffic exit.

The funny part is we needed to design and build that bus entrance and the elevation of the existing parking lot is very different to what it will be with this built, hence the retaining wall on the left (south) side there.
