To construct a new seven-storey detached residential building, with a ground floor front entrance canopy, a rear ground floor terrace, rear balconies on the second to sixth levels, a front rooftop terrace, and a rear indoor and outdoor amenity access for the mechanical equipment on the seventh level. There will be a total of seven residential dwelling units on this lot (houseplex). Also, there will be six resident parking spaces on the P2 Garage Level, six resident parking spaces with three long-term bicycle parking spaces on the P1 Garage Level with access provided by a vehicular elevator, as well as one visitor parking space provided in the rear yard.

Looks stunning, it is a bit funny for a 7-storey unit to be called a "houseplex" tho
