Interestingly, you can also see on the landscape layout plans below that space has been apportioned on the south side of King for the continuation of the Douro-Wellington bidirectional cycling facilities up onto Sudbury street. The 2025-2027 Toronto Cycling Plan identifies major improvements to Sudbury, which would essentially create a contiguous route from Davenport and Barlett, down Gladstone and terminating at Blue Jays Way and Wellington (for now ...).Yes! You can see in here it has a Monaco GP-style tunnel cutting underneath the amenity area.

However, it is unclear to me how the WTRP will terminate after this building--will there be a connection directly to Douro? Does anyone have access to detailed design documents?
