cool thanks for posting , good location very short drive to Malton GO station , Malton GO Station to Union Station = 25mins by GO train
there is also another builder building Townhomes on the corner of etude rd. and Goreway next to this one ,can you start a thread on that one as well

Mississauga city council today granted Indwell, a housing charity, a $1 million grant to help buy a site in Malton near Westwood Square mall. Mayor Carolyn Parrish said Indwell's proposal was for 200 affordable rental units, and another 40 deeply affordable units. Parrish said the seller, developer Jack Eisenberger, had already obtained zoning permissions, and had agreed to take $300,000 off the asking price, but that Indwell was still $1 million short.

I think this is the site they are talking about, but perhaps it is another one nearby. The discussion starts around the 2 hour 53 minute mark of the video recording.
