"2323 & 2329 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario (the “Property”, “Site”) presents an opportunity to acquire a 100% interest in an institutionally owned and managed eight-storey office building and single-tenant retail asset with approved high-density residential redevelopment plans. Located in Midtown Toronto’s Yonge-Eglinton neighbourhood, the Property occupies a 0.48-acre corner lot at the intersection of Yonge Street and Roehampton Avenue, offering strategic proximity to the TTC’s Line 1 Yonge-University subway and recently completed Line 5 Eglinton LRT at Eglinton Station. Ownership has received approval of Zoning By-law and Official Plan amendments to permit a 65-storey residential development totaling 500,272 square feet ("sf") of residential gross floor area across 784 units, along with 10,744 sf of ground-level retail space. The Property offers a prospective purchaser meaningful income from a well-occupied, mixed-use asset at a premier Midtown location, with significant future residential redevelopment upside."

I had heard that RioCan was looking to start to wind down its RioCan Living platform. I feel we'll continue to see them dissolve their portfolio
They only have Pivot, Four Fifty, and The Bridge left. Pivot is (I believe) in negotiation. Strada and Litho have been sold.

Since someone was asking this of me a couple of years back...
Let's see your building so we can compare.

I believe the original architect of my building I live in a Richard A. Waite...

...who was also the lead architect for the Ontario Legislative Building (Queens Park). And a lot higher caliber designer than for the likes of this project (or Strada for that case), IMO.
