To construct three four-storey apartment buildings (houseplex) with front and rear ground floor porches with stairs, front and rear third-storey balconies, and front and rear fourth-storey terraces. There will be a total of 18 residential dwelling units on this lot (6 units in building A, 6 units in building B and 6 units in building C). There will be no bicycle parking spaces, and one vehicular parking space on this lot. File Numbers A0147/26TEY, A0148/26TEY, A0149/26TEY will be considered jointly.

Would it be too much to ask for front facades that have articulation, detail, good proportions, alignments, or any positive aesthetic qualities at all?

It's hard to cheer for these plex developments when they look like this. The plans are wildly inefficient because of all the stairs, which is not the architects' fault. But the front elevations are aggressively bad. People need to try a bit harder.
