I will add to the above, that I am now hearing this move is contemplated as permanent.

If so, the plans for the redevelopment will need a re-work.

If there's nothing doing here for the next while, I hope they re-tenant the Tire space, but I'm not sure who would take it, its very large to be a grocery store, I'm not sure I see CT REIT leasing to Wal-Mart.... needless to say, any proper tenant will also want a 10-year lease given the cost of fit-out.
