Taken 16 January. Wade Street is such a great little hood made more accessible by the opening of the underpass on Patton!

Anybody know if it's been fully leased up yet? Or are these move ins just for individual floors/tenants?
 
That underpass is great, definitely opens up options for cyclists and pedestrians.

Initially I feared this building would be a bad fit for the 'hood but in retrospect it's a nice contrast and I'm excited about the new life being breathed into this area.
 
It's interesting to see the big increase in pedestrians there now. In the past, I generally wouldn't see other people when walking on Wade Ave. Now there are always people walking to/from the underpass. I occasionally add it to my commute.

That coffee shop, Propeller, is also a nice draw in immediate area. Spacious interior with a vibe that resonates with the historic industrial infrastructure surrounding it. Good brew, too.
