CentreCourt has officially broken ground on the first two residential towers at Pickering City Centre, the initial steps in a long-term, mixed-use master-planned community about 40 kilometres east of downtown Toronto.
I was pleased to join the CentreCourt team and crews in the construction site this morning for the customary coin flip into the bottom concrete pour. It’s about 45 feet deep now and will now begin to build up the parking garage over the coming months back to ground level. Here are a few photos of the site and visit for those that have not peaked through or over the construction fencing. Yes that’s shale rock at the bottom.
