The city should buy the property, fix the roof, put the exhibits back, and rename it Toronto Science Centre.
And at some future time, rebuild the McLaughlin Planetarium on the grounds.

Since the Royal Ontario Museum is also an "educational" venue, we can see Doug Ford closing the ROM because of the roof, as well.

I see no significant difference between the ROM and the OSS. So yes, that could happen. And Doug could say it's okay if he also opens a mini version of the ROM as an exhibit on the side, in a spa at Ontario Place.
