I like it from a planning perspective, but lets please have a more cohesive design on the bottom 12 floors. The current iteration makes me motion sick just looking at it

I wouldn’t be surprised to see it become a fairly straightforward box as the planning and design process grinds on.

Nothing has died here just yet.

UT has far older project threads for 'going concerns' that sometimes don't see public-facing updates for 2 years at a time!

That said, since ya got me to look.

This one went to Community Consultation just last month, on October 8th.. So its chugging along.

Would be shocked if this breaks ground in even 5 years, market rents are just so low in this area. That being said, the 'bowling alley in the sky' floorplans are only making their potential rents worse.
