Sorry for the run on sentences. that is definitely do that I use talk to text then don't go back and punctuate it
I sometimes find that ONLY using punctuation in a sentence can help with clarity. Give that a shot.

When aA are given a chance at designing and that original design is actually built as rendered, they can produce some interesting buildings. When not, they produce the blandness that is 8 Cumberland. Way too much repetition in style for me overall, but they have clearly been the team behind some very good buildings. This is shaping up to be one of them.
 
Treading on thin ice with that windowless above-ground garage. At least the storefront glazing isn't completely flat but it's still all glass.
