Gillam Group, construction manager for the project had it marked at complete, my bad.

Yeah, its been stalled for a long time now, with pretty much no activity on site and still much to do.

The red accent was recently added! So looks like it's under construction (?)

Heading south today on Dixie I noticed the red trim and don't recall seeing it the last time I shot it. The last time I shot the building was on May 1 2024 when I checked my photos when I got home.
When I drove north on Feb 5, I noticed protection has been place on the lofts and assume it was done at the request of the bond holder with no change to the front of the building. Did not see any vehicles on site with the gates locked up
Very rare I am in this area these days.
The red trim defiantly doesn't make it the Highlight of Mississauga as its only a name most people don't have a clue what the building is call, but known as address like non UT members.
Will try to have a closer look this week.

More up on my site.
Not sure but sound like BS but was told the building is to be torn down as it is on an Indigenous burial ground considering the amount of new work done this year. Only a few workers on sign with all access to it block off or close.
If it was a Indigenous burial ground, why did work not stop taking place when things were found a decade ago??
