Complete?

Looks like there is still something going on at the heritage building.

Yeah the newer parts are pretty much complete but the old building on the corner still has a long way to go. The inside is still stripped down to the structure. Should be really nice when it's done though.

I drove back to Toronto from London through the Hammer (403) a few days back. Hadn't done that in a while, but I really noticed how much of an impact this building has on the skyline coming down the 403. I really think the Hammer could use a 200m tower of good design to create a peak, but alas I know that the powers to be have an issue with going above the escarpment ugh!!!!!!!!!

The ones on Jackson are residential units I think? The only retail unit is a small one on the corner of the lane along James from what I can tell.
I found back the ground floor architectural plans, and it shows retail along Jackson St. I haven't seen anything different than these plans and they appear to match the layout of the existing building ground floor:

I don't have the ground floor plan - but the 2023 Variance application to increase the height here included a site plan which labels the building entrances. All the entrances along Jackson are "residential entrance"s. There is one "commercial entrance" at the corner along James by the lane and on the far eastern end along Jackson.

That's really weird. They do not seem like good residential units, and the front doors are glass commercial doors...? I didn't take a photo of the doors, but the frontage gives commercial vibes.
