I don’t know if this has been said already but someone noted that the same plumbing company that built concord Canada house is working on this building as well. Can someone confirm? Should we be worried? The amount of flooding in Canada house is insane and I can’t imagine what might happen in this building.

Having reported on some of that information in the Canada House thread, what I understood is that the plumbing company went tits up and were replaced by another company performing the much needed repairs.

I don’t know any names but I should be able to ask. Hopefully the company you’re hearing about are the ones who took over.

If not, then god help us all.

The plumbing contractor for Canada House, according to this published certificate, appears to be 'Dependable Mechanical Systems Inc.' (which is a little ironic, if you ask me).

Concord issued Dependable Mechanical Systems an order of termination for Concord Sky 1.5 years ago. So presumably, they're no longer working on this project.
