Reichmann International Realty has registered to lobby in respect of the above mentioned properties, on the subject of a ZBA and SPA.

Site Size: ~5560m2 which is ~60,000ft2 of just shy of 1.4ac

Commentary: The site is large and deep and could accommodate any number of built forms. Based on recent proposals in the area something in the six storey range might be anticipated.

Rezoning Application proposes the development of a 6-storey retirement residence. The building will provide a total of 141 residential units, being a mix of independant living, assisted living, and memory care units. A paved access from Bayview Ave along the southern property line will be provided, leading to 1 level of below-grade parking, providing a total of 54 parking spaces; as well as 25 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 14,454.06 square metres and a FSI of 2.61. Additionally, the proposed development provides 1,515.65 square metres of indoor amenity space and 1,063.68 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
