When out photographing the Dawes Library site, I noted this building was visible from Dawes Road in the general area.
Herewith, the proof:
This is taken from ~ 1.3km north of The Dawes site. Interesting illusion in the photo, you could swear 'The Dawes' is east of Dawes Road, but that is actually an effect of the curve of the road, and how the angle of the photo.
