I understand a high-level ceremonial opening is to happen near the end of March, in advance of operations turning on in the following months. That means construction is likely zooming ahead at a frantic pace ... I am certainly looking forward to seeing how that entry portal looks when complete!

Taken 6 March. And after having taken the train here and seen the area I’m really doubting putting town houses here as they could be much more ambitious.

Indeed, the Aga Khan has been invited officially by the government of Canada, and will be visiting the country March 25 to 31. The Toronto portion is likely the 2nd half of the visit, which includes the ground breaking on a spectacular new community centre in Laval (https://www.idesignawards.com/winners-old/zoom.php?eid=9-58828-24 ). It is expected there will be more news from Ottawa, etc. that will reveal the full impetus for the visit, but I will not burst anyone else's bubble at this point.
