I saw on the news tonight the Premier participating in a ground breaking for a new 12 bed hospice care facility located at 2176 Speakman drive. I'll dig around my archive for site photos.

I would assume those parallel parking spaces in the rendering are the ones on the right side of the photo there

Good eye! That looked like the area (the hill in the background) based on what I saw on the news last night. It doesn't look like I'll get any photos this weekend but will try to remember for perhaps the following weekend.
