I apologize in advance if this has been posted elsewhere, perhaps under earlier development names. However work now seems to be in full swing on these infill condos around the corner from Knox. Interesting seeing a crane in downtown Oakville, and there is so much scope for further infill.

I was surprised to see a new Oakville thread considering I skimmed through the development applications list just last week, but I can't actually find this anywhere on the town's website. It's not under the ward 2 developments page, it's not on the city-wide developments map, and searching the address on the town website (233 Robinson) brings up nothing related to this. How strange!

It appears the building only has 3 units, with each unit taking up the entire floor, and parking at ground level.

I did the same and found zippo. I was downtown and noticed the crane…… So not sure about the history here leading to this stage. I’ve asked a few friends and maybe something will turn up.
