Damn. Amazing how infighting internally can let developers miss the boat entirely.. First Conservatory Group and now Great Gulf. I wonder if they'll be able to hold onto Mirvish-Gehry Phase 2. I'm sure they are very thankful they managed to swindle Cadillac-Fairview to pay an absurd amount for East Harbour at this point.

This isn't that. It's also not Great Gulf (@Paclo, would be good to remove them from the thread title and DB), who exited the JV over half a decade ago.
