An existing condo complex in northern Niagara Falls is looking to re-zone to permit the construction of a 12-storey, 94-unit building, followed by 4-storey vertical additions to the two existing 2-storey buildings, bringing the total unit count for the site from 49 to 202.
A total of 243 parking spaces are proposed including accessible and visitor spaces, spread across one level of below-grade and surface spaces.
The site is currently two 2-storey buildings (although the "basement" is barely below grade), plus three detached homes currently with commercial uses. It's located quite centrally in Niagara's northern commercial area.
