A total of 123 vehicle parking spaces and 513 bicycle parking spaces are proposed."

A development proposal has been submitted for 7-15 Steeles Avenue East, seeking to permit a 50-storey mixed use building, containing 683 residential units, and 171 square metres of retail gross floor area. The proposal has a density of 18.93 times the area of lot. The proposal contains four levels of underground parking, 123 vehicular parking spaces and 513 bicycle parking spaces, and 2,777 square metres of private indoor and outdoor amenity space.

This entire neighbourhood is in such a sad state it looks third world.
Too bad we didn't get to see some of the proposed projects follow through during the condo boom
