Hi everyone,

I’m an owner here in the mid-rise section (Floor 29). My current tentative occupancy date is June 2, 2026.

With the recent photos showing the window wall system around level 40 and the crown cladding starting, I’m trying to gauge how realistic this June date actually is. Has anyone else (especially those on lower or mid-rise floors) received a Firm Occupancy Notice yet, or are people still getting 'Tentative' updates?

I noticed the city staging permits were extended to December 2026, which has me a bit nervous about a second-half-of-the-year delay. Based on what you’re seeing on-site regarding the interior work and the hoist, do you think the June/Summer 2026 window is still the target, or should I be bracing for a Fall 2026 move-in?

Would love to hear if anyone has had recent correspondence with Plaza’s customer care!

I have the same tentative date and I’m on floor 10

I’ve heard from a few sources that the developer is required to give at least 90 days' notice if they intend to push that date back. The understanding is that if we don't receive an official notice by early March (the 90-day mark), that June 2nd date automatically converts from a "Tentative" occupancy date to a "Firm" occupancy date under Tarion rules.

Can anyone confirm if this is correct for our specific project or if there are nuances I'm missing?
