I kinda wonder if there are some folks who post here that are overly/hyper sensitive to details, like that one person who documented the repeat patterns with the metallic cladding over on the Forma thread...

Maybe some sort of spectrum of folks?

Considering theres no oil canning and crisscrossing semi-gloss mismatched spandrel mullions that were all the rage 10 years ago, this looks pretty good from my vantage.

Not that theres anything wrong with criticism of any project but I challenge anyone whos nitpicking this project or projects like 10 Prince Arthur, Forma etc to go and observe the design quality of completed residential ,rental stock, and student residences in Waterloo.

It's why I am waiting till completion to pass any judgement here....I gotta feeling there will be some tweaking/tightening in the panels before this ship is sailed.
