New loan on the site. Is this not *a lot* of money for something that's already half way done? Surely I'm missing something.
Anyways, very excited for cladding to start coming along. This project, plus Gairloch's other build down the street should do a lot to pull this stretch of Dundas out of the last century.

This one should look really nice. Simple and clean with one main design language, continuing Toronto's historical identity as a brick city.

January 2026, SM long opened, and no houses seem to have been demolished, particularly not the one (190 Brookside) at the south side of the building that currently hosts SM.

Remember that SM location is fed primarily from people coming north from the neighbourhood, not west on Dundas. Store does gangbusters too.

Except for the blocks between Gilmour and Jane....Hopefully the blocks between Clendenan and Gilmour continue their improvement.
