Things are going to change radically in the 2-5 years. AI is going to wipe out so many jobs it's not even funny. Who knows what's that's going to do to office space demand.

Yeah, a lot of executives and higher management are going to get turfed by shareholders for chasing a dragon that will never deliver what they want (and have ridden the corpse down as the bubble burst).
 
^Entirely investor funded. The sooner it will burst likely the better...

...but I don't want to ring in the new year with dark musings. (And we have a new shiny tower to talk about here!)
