For some reason this building feels a little like what I've seen in Mexico (Playa Del Carmen soecifically). I'm not so sure if I'd call it anything specactular, or even that well executed, but its a good background building, and refreshing to see considering how low density Bloor is in this area.
 
Thanks! I was by here last week after gorging at Better Days Donuts and it is looking very close to occupancy as the lobby is finished and staffed. Makes walking down Dovercourt feel much more urban!

Dovercourt is one of the many streets that I see blossoming in the next few years!
 
It’s a certain quiet modern elegance to this building which I really like.
My only criticism is that the white spandrel panels should be dark grey/black to blend into the windows so that the unique punched/chamfered openings read more clearly and clean up the overall look.
Interesting, there are a couple of odd dark spandrels that look out of place with the white panels — don’t know if this is a mistake.
