The entire 462 Wellington West parking lot has now been closed off and Verve's Park Retirement Residence appears about to start construction. Building permit for structural work within the heritage building to support the new facility was been issued on November 3 while the Mechanical, Plumbing and the Drain and Site Servicing permits are Issuance Pending (i.e. waiting on payment).
