They might be having issues with the concrete slabs. They looked heavily bowed, so much so that for a while they placed large concrete blocks on top of them to push them down.

Yeah, its been approx.19-20 months since shoring began to get to this point, I don't think Royal James Condos is a fair comparison, or maybe it is, but shoring started 7 months ago and that building, it isn't complete but at least it's erected. Are there more budgetary constraints on affordable housing construction.

Royal James has moved incredibly quickly. I think with the slowing of the construction industry across the GTHA, the projects still happening have higher staffing levels and move faster.

This one is definitely a slow mover though.
