If this were England we would doubtless hear of "Wrong Kind of Leaves/snow"!! https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uk...ong-sort-of-leaves-hit-train-punctuality.html and https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cpdq5pg4en9oAnyone know why has line 1 been so slow on all the above ground sections on the Yonge side for the past few days?
Lol would be nice if they told us for a change. Almost missed my bus... Wait don't we have seasonal changes every year in Canada? If this were England we would doubtless hear of "Wrong Kind of Leaves/snow"!! https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uk...ong-sort-of-leaves-hit-train-punctuality.html and https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cpdq5pg4en9o

They've initiated the poor weather mode on the ATC/ATO, which limits top speeds and lowers braking forces on the open-cut sections of the line.Anyone know why has line 1 been so slow on all the above ground sections on the Yonge side for the past few days?
Saw these surveying cameras mounted in osgood station south bound platform any idea what they're for? they seem to be swiveling and tracking the subway as it was pulling in.

Leaf build-up on the ROW is the reason.

This should never be something we all have to wonder about. Just make it permanent, and even expand it.
Can someone explain what is the deal with Line 2 trains slowing to a crawl midway between each station and then crawling into each station? I mean how the heck is anybody supposed to get around when service is this unreliable?
