Dropping over 100 units is pretty substantial. Is Tridel dropping this as a condo or something? How is this working if they sold most of the building already?

Possibly they have found that the number of investors who were buying 'shoeboxes' has decreased as their investments were no longer profitable and that there is actually a demand for slightly larger Units.
 
This one could look good if the building envelope is well executed. It will certainly look tall and slender. Pretty small footprint.

Are the actually gonna paint the heritage building with yellow paint? Why? What’s the point in restoring this if you’re gonna mutilate then again ? I hope that’s not the case.
