keep forgetting to create a thread for this because I can't remember the architect or contractor but calling woods new water plants construction is well underway with reclamation work going on behind the existing plant and case-ons being drilled

Here’s the link to the Engage Collingwood page for the project. The project is estimated to cost $270M and complete in 2028. Plant capacity will be almost double after the expansion (pumping capacity going from 32k to 59k m3/day). Contractor is Kenaidan Contracting Ltd and Ontario is kicking in $70M for the project.

Looks like majority of the land reclamation is complete with case on drills working around the perimeter not really any good spots to get pictures yet when I can will definitely get some
