Too early to judge this one yet. It looks extra janky with the exposed slabs and no windows. I like the skyline impact so far
I agree. Imagine if they used real quality masonry like the building next door. This could have been a landmark. This actually could've looked decent had Lanterra paid a bit more for some quality cladding.
Instead they cheeped out for literally some of the worst stuff you'll ever see in your life, and the result is absolute appalling gutter trash.
You're arguing that goode should be able to dwarf this one though? Do you live in Goode or something ?Continues to look like crap up close. Especially right beside Goode and it’s hand laid brick.

The way this building should have remained 20 stories and Good should have gotten 15 more.
It’s utterly bizarre to me that for as much as this city demands that buildings do that sloping step approach on main roads -as to what, avoid shadows?- that they would have approved 31 dwarfing Goode like this. It’s evil. One of the more curious, and dumber choices this city has made lately.
I think most of us wish that Goode dwarfed this abomination. Imagine a walk from Aqualuna to perhaps Lanterra's newest V-E low. You're arguing that goode should be able to dwarf this one though? Do you live in Goode or something ?![]()
The angular plane has been toned significantly a while ago. It’s utterly bizarre to me that for as much as this city demands that buildings do that sloping step approach on main roads -as to what, avoid shadows?
