How many floors do these towers have? The thread title says 42 for the tallest, yet @drum118 says one has 44 already?
I just recounted T2 at 44 and will not be the first time extra floors were added and not noted. UT only notes the tallest even when others are shorter. I note all towers floors in my title

If you look at the two towers, the left has a thicker slab at the 38th floor while the right doesn't. The 2 towes starts at the 11th floor. You can see it in this photo

Calling @Paclo to resolve this...

That first shot is a pretty view, but I think those townhomes Amacon built have not aged well. I think they were meant to buffer the homes to the west from Amacon's towers, but they are dwarfed by Voya and the other towers. I would have preferred either more park space or some 6-storey buildings. The townhomes are only 10 years old.

The original height of the 2 towers where 36 and 42 and they have been increased somewhere along the line during constructio. Even the scale model of the towers part of the display of Mississauga downtown shows they are now taller to what is been built. You can count the floor of the model as well my photos yp see they are not 42s.

As it stands, the north tower is top off and couldn't get a floor count but close to 40s(?). The south tower looks like it has been top off at 46s as I cannot see any rebar for another floor. If the top floor is mechanical then the towers at 39s(?) and 45s.

@Paclo and @interchange42, the number of floors for the 2 towers have been increased by 2 floors each with the height of the tallest is 44 story at 142.25m at the top of the mechinal roof. I saw the detail engineering drawings today. The hight of the approved development hasn't change since day one. To gain the extra floors was to reduce the floor heights from 12 feet to 10 feet starting at level 10.

As a note regarding the two remaining sites for developments area, the current sales office will become the next site to be develop when there is a market for it as well the heights of the buildings that were approved over a decade ago. It is block 6 with 5s + 48s + 40s + 5s + 3s Townhouses buildings. Block 13 along Confederation was to be 3 towers with 35 + 45 + 50 with the model showing 2 towers with one being taller. Until the market crash, Amacon was looking at 90-100 story since Pinnacle was building 106 floor tower and to be taller than M City. The earlest the next site may come to market can be 5-10 years

^If it is rental it can launch sooner.
Amything rental will move faster but Amacon has been a slow mover since day one There are a few rentals plan for the core but not here unless Amacon goes rental with the sells offfice first. If Amacon goes rental for the sells office you are looking at over a decade for the Confederation site as well knowing how tall it will be. It would be nice to see a 90-100 story tower there but don't hold your breath for it to happen. May see a 60s.

The north tower of the fist phase of Square District went from condos to rentals.

I wouldn't say Amacon has been a slow mover here. Not as quick as Rogers to the south, but they have been consistently building out Parkside Village with at least block underway pretty much consistently since they started. If you want to talk about a slow mover look at Remington with Downtown Markham. "steady" is probably a better describer here.

90 floors would be insane for Mississauga, I'm not holding my breath for that lol. There's so much density and ongoing/upcoming transit investment here, hopefully it leads to a more attractive opportunity for companies to open offices here too. Also hopefully that stadium the City wants isn't just wishful thinking, MCC really does need more life injected into it.

Personally, I think it's great that it's taller than reported. But I'd like the numbers in the database to be accurate. And I have a building on the SSP diagram page that needs an update now.
We have a difficult time getting info from Mississauga. For whatever reason, that City treats info as if it's theirs to hide from the public.
